The Batman is the latest DC epic that has taken the world by storm. The story focuses on year two of Batman – a refreshing departure from the typical setup of Bruce Wayne becoming Batman, following the death of his parents as a child. In this film, Bruce Wayne is deep into the grief of his parents and offers a darker, noir approach to the Batman story.
